This course is compulsory to all Top Institute Pharma postdocs.
In this five-day course, the drug discovery process is simulated from beginning to end, from the target and lead discovery to optimization and preclinical safety tests. The course provides its participants an interactive experience, demonstrating the required skills of the various players in the drug discovery process.
The course method is based on:
- Learning by experiencing, gaining practical experience
- Role playing, participants have roles within development teams
- Participants take action and prepare decisions
- Faculty act as management, experts, and authorities
