Drug Development Simulation Training
Research Results
This course is compulsory to all Top Institute Pharma postdocs.
In this five-day course, the drug development process is simulated from beginning to end, from lead optimization to developing marketing strategies. It provides participants an interactive experience, demonstrating the required skills of the various players in the drug development process.
The course method is based on:
- Learning by experiencing, gaining practical experience
- Role playing, participants have roles within development teams
- Participants take action and prepare decisions
- Faculty act as management, experts, and authorities
