Project Management
Project management skills often guarantee the success of a research project. This is particularly true for the challenges faced by project managers within the TI Pharma consortia. This course addresses the personal skills of project managers and is tailored to the TI Pharma project setting and aspects. The course is especially designed for researchers with project management tasks.
